We are responsible for what we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange most items to us within 48 hours of delivery.
In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, an exchange, within 48 hours from the date on which these goods are delivered.
Please note that the exchange is done on the same style, same product and same size. Request of Exchange in the terms of different styles, products or size would not be entertained.
PLEASE FOLLOW THE BELOW STEPS IN CASE OF EXCHANGE/RETURN:
- You may call aashirwadjewellers.com customer care on 0124-4378994 (10:00 am to 8:00 pm) or drop in a mail at aashirwadjewellers.com and request a exchange within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. We will arrange for the merchandise to be collected from the delivery address through courier, and returned to us. We shall process the return subject to receipt of the merchandise at our location in unused condition in its original packaging along with original tags and invoice, failing which exchange may not be possible.
- Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuses to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care at 0124-4378994 or mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest..
- In the event you return any item which is delivered to you in damaged/defective condition, we will also refund the shipping charges applicable to that item, if we are unable to exchange or replace the item. The replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional shipping charge.
CANCELLATION POLICY :
The customer can only cancel the order within 24 hours. No cancellations will be entertained after 24 hours.
Once the request for cancellation is sent, it will take us a maximum of 5 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. The customer will be notified for the same.
